QUALITY RECRUITMENT
We have office in Poland, Koszalin with representatives in every part of Poland to recruit hundreds of candidates every month.
As part of our selection process, we apply the following basic criteria to select Polish job seekers for employment in the UK:
a) Language skills: early-intermediate to advanced English (we verify English fluency by requiring candidates to take a written test and pass an interview with a sworn translator of English; we also accept a Certificate in Advanced English or Proficiency);
b) References: we carefully verify candidates' references and professional background;
c) Criminal Record: each candidate must submit to us a statement issued by the Ministry of Justice showing no prior criminal convictions;
d) Cultural Orientation: we provide each candidate with training on British business culture, tax law, and insurance.
